* Lead the implementation and optimization of Neocase at client sites.
* Interface and meet with prospects and clients as needed for any of the following: Neocase implementation or upgrade, problem resolution, enhancements, specialized reporting, training, pre and post-sales support.
* Implement Neocase while adhering to the project management model for smooth delivery of standard implementations.
* Inform client management and relevant personnel of project status.
* Address technical questions; provide backup to existing technical support staff; resolve customer technical issues and concerns.

* Work with team members to define, prioritize, and implement selected enhancements.
